Summit Properties Group, a commercial real estate investment firm managing over $200M in assets across Texas and the Southwest, was evaluating 20–30 potential acquisition opportunities per month. Each deal required 3–4 business days of manual analysis: gathering market comparables, modeling cash flow scenarios, assessing tenant risk, reviewing zoning and title records, and compiling investment committee presentations.
